Wonderful including the kitchen acoustics...................
Cool Shirt, Dom!
I knew Roy Husky Jr., and I believe Paul is the next level of Jr., quiet, polite, and makes perfect bass arrangements with absolutely no ego involved. Fun fact: Roy Jr collected old (1950’s/60’s) Cadillacs and one time one of his favorite cars caught fire and burned up parked on the street. Luckily he ha d just removed his bass. Jr Husky was a Saint. Paul is on his way to becoming one also.
Love your music. 🎻
Excellent fiddling and excellent creativity!!
Insightful, informative, charming-the poetry of music…some people get some things just right.
What a great lesson in listening.
Love this!
Yes, I'm enjoying all of this Hawktail stuff very much. Keep it coming!
Woo!!
What a fabulous talent this lady is; I listen and watch as much as I can, and find myself calm and smiling. Wish she would visit us in the UK, videos are good but would love to see Brittany live. Wonderful musician.
she is a great teacher
Dang I miss the Live From Here shows
give m Springsteen's dancing in the dark anytime
She is on my list of favorites
Stay out of that creek, It looks contaminated.
Dominick: It was so much fun watching you and Joe K. Walsh playing Grey Owl with Darol Anger and everyone at Green Mountain. I watched it on 'E-And-A' and then realized your the amazing mandolinist that was on some tracks of 'My Bluegrass Heart'. You are now officially on my 'fan radar'. Thanks.
A glimpse into the creative process of Brittany Haas, without a doubt one of the giants of modern acoustic music. What a wonderful treat!
Very insightful and touching, thanks!
Love the song, album, and band.
Love this tune!
I love her, damn it.
Patiently waiting for the arrival in my mailbox.
Always enjoy a little history and thought process from an artist as wonderful as Ms. Brittany. Your a treasure Britt and we all love you.
Greetings from Palo Alto. I have a Warren Hood concert today and potentially a Jenny Scheinman secret pop up later this month.
There's that million-dollar smile! Love ya, Brittany! Love ya, Hawktail!
I wonder how non-musicians relate to a video like this. My own tunes come from a similar place, so watching You here, Brittany, feels like being on a walk through a forest I know and love. And very much like having a cup of tea or something stronger with You and muse about the origins and ways of music. And if we could have made it to Brittany this summer, I would have insisted on a day off to listen to and meet the Haas sisters. Make sure You have some Kouing Amann and a good bolée de cidre from time to time. And if You find Yourself on a market, get a galette saucisse, there's nothing better. Now, enough raving, thank You for that thoroughly beautiful music!
