Mine does exactly the same thing BUT I didn’t even make any changes on the track. I can load a track and immediately eject it without even playing it and it will still rewrite tags. Please help me with this because it causes my computer to slightly slow down when I’m in a mix as well.

Hello Frank this is Gilbert Martinez I have a question hoping you can help me out with it's with my Serato DJ Pro I purchased a new external hard drive I plug it into my Serato any keeps reading tags for about 40 minutes it does it every time I plug it in and watch your videos all the time but I cannot find it anyone who is doing this type of advice I was wondering if you could please help me I am very desperate can you give me a call or if there's anyone out there reading my problem can help me out I would deeply seriously appreciate it my number is 210 718 1 3 5 3 thank you very much

I can't hear anything

Let say I add a cue point to track 1 (The tag hasn't been written yet because there could be other cues or changes made to the track) It's when you load track 2 that the tag will be written to track 1 to finalize the change and now its concentrating on the changes you will be making to track 2. If there's any changes made to track 2 then by the next track you load will write the tags to track 2 and so on.

SSL only rewrites the song tag that's ejected on which you made the change like adding or removing a cue point.
