Hello Noufal , I applied for my PSW yesterday. I got a problem. I paid Application fee 822£. It says that all deducted from my bank account. But I didn’t get any email. But I got the reference number on screen. It still shows in the blue colour. 😢I can’t continue with the evidence provide section because I didn’t complete with the application fee. Could you please guide me with this?

@noufal Khan - I am facing a critical situation right now, as starting the PSW application. “Verify identity “ tab I have selected using a mobile application and after verifying BRP successfully, and returning to the PSW application page on the UKVI website, there is an error popped up that the application name was different. For example BRP's name is Mr XYZ but PSW applicant name is automatically coming to Mr XYZ XYZ, repetitive . I checked my UKVI profile account , BRP and passport , everywhere is Mr XYZ. I tried calling UKVI call center and they are not understanding the problem first as then telling me to contact technical team and technical team is not replying me over the email and there is no way to contact them or talk to an agent in technical side for this one. Already 3 weeks have passed and my student visa is going to be expired and my employer is asking me to provide the extended visa else I will be fired. Guys please help me! 🙏?
