Thank you for your great video. I recently received my S&A CW-5200 (same chiller as the Monport) and it is a great chiller, especially recommended for use in warmer (tropical) places where a normal cooler without active chilling (e.g. CW-3000 series) may not provide sufficient cooling. I will use a little electronic valve block to switch between my water cooled CNC spindle and my laser cutter. I usually do not use them simultaneously, so one chiller can serve both machines.
cool video thanks, but after you install cncjs where is it?
MAKE HIM 30 FEET TALL!😂
Hair... he has side grey... also needs cup of tea
Now I need an Enterprise Lego set 😭
Hands are on upside down probably engagement bait but felt I should point it out
No filmed at 3am.
I love it
I get 3D printing.. But you know you can buy those things, right?
I can’t wait for the Ent-D in October!!!! I’m so excited for LEGO Worf and Data
I need a captain janeway one😔😔
A Janeway would be awesome. I have to print a coffee cup as well for her.
@@D.E.Hammer printing it would be better than flying into a nebula for it
Man I really gotta get me an AMS
They are nice, but add a lot of time to your print jobs.
@D.E.Hammer that's to be expected. I don't try to be the fastest anyway. Lol I have a k1 max and only print at 100mm/s
I have a K1 Max as well. How is yours treating you? Ihad to upgrade the hotend as it kept clogging on me.
@D.E.Hammer Mine has been pretty great. I had some clogging but realized it was an overheating issue as I was printing PLA with the door and lid closed. My biggest problem has been keeping a flat bed so I can do big prints. But I think I've got thag under control now too. Upgrading the build plate has done wonders.
I don't know why you need three backup mice when I've had the same one for 10 years
Those are for another project for other people. I am still working on the CAD part.
How much does the material cost. p.s.: thats so cool
At this scale, it'll be couple dollars per figure. 1kg filament costs $20-$30.
It's just over $4 per figure.
That is the worst sound in the world
I have a mini version that attached to the actual printer
The sound makes me cringe hard
Beginners guide!!!! You lost me at the end of the 1st sentence. I guess i need a stupid persons guide
That's lame. The join lines should go along the street lines or other features. OK it will mean a few more prints (but the same amount of wire) but the end product will actually look decent.
so be carefull over time the a1 has a heat exhaust under it if its made out of pla will deform over time
Thank you will keep an eye on it.
Hit it ?
Is STL flix worth it?
That depends on what you want to do with it. If your just a casual printer, probably not, but they may have some files you really like. If your running an online shop, then it could be. You need to look through their catalog and see if it's something your clients would buy. They have some cool models, and they deliver on weekly drops.
Your sound like blind surfer
Oof, red shirt. At least you'll know why your print failed.
There are 4 pips, and TNG Command Red. I would be more worried with security yellow.
@D.E.Hammer fair
considering the horrid business decisions Bambu made recently it might even be appropriate.
Paint it!!!
The end client wants it white. I would not have time anyways, there are 6 other hand painted projects in the works.
Dude you have no idea how much I approve of this! I’m a mega Star Trek fan and I love 3D printing as well!
What plate is that
BIQU CryoGrip Pro Glacier
@D.E.Hammer thank you
How did You do it ?
Now paint it
The client wants it white.
Make it so!
it has to be rgbw leds
You are correct. Simple RGB won't give you the speed boost.
"zero" from nightmare before christmas

perfect sense now where is my time travel machine
Well we built it, but then went back in time and messed things up so bad, we never built it to begin with.

Peace and Long Life
aw he’s so cute great job
Thank You
@ no problem
Looking very good and thinking of getting one, great info on the product.
Can you cut 3mm colored and mirror Acrylic with this?
Yes, and I have cut both on mine.
Awesome! I need to fire up some Star Trek prints myself!
There are some really cool ST models out there now. It used to be the same ones over and over.
DS9 ♥️👊🏾👍🏾
Lol, nose!
Hey, just a suggestion, because I've seen these blow up, but if you have a chance to get a Raspberry Pi (it doesn't have to be an expensive one), and a camera attachment, you can use something called Octopi/Octoprint. This will allow you to remotely control your prints, get better videos of them, and help you determine what went wrong in a failed print. It has a feature called Octolapse, which is a plugin. This takes a picture of your print every time you finish a layer, and stitches it together to make a satisfying time lapse of your print. This can cost under $20, and take less than an hour to install, but I've noticed that videos that start out with Octolapses blow up way faster. Octoprint is free btw. I'm subscribed by the way, keep making great videos! 😊
Thank you, and that is on the to do list. I have several Pi's just have to figure out which project to steal a Pi from.
I want to ditch LinuxCNC because it only works with parallel port. What I don't want to do is use Arduino. I'm looking at openbuilds or Mach3.
Wow, the project is great just like you, And your poetic genius sure shines through!
Thanks for the kind words, I'm just glad I finished on time.
Where did u get the drawer from?
I got the top riser with drawers off makerworld. AMS Riser Superstructure by 3D Art/ X1/P1
Any updates on the super longboard?
Looks great!!! Loved the live, looking forward to the next one.
Very Festive - Merry Christmas - thats pretty smart using CA glue - looks great - good luck!
Thanks Al, Merry Christmas, and yeah who ever suggested that is a genius! Thanks Again!
