Yeah always aim higher. I remember in exams people would say “ I only need 60%” and they would get 50%. I’d always aim for 100% and put the work in and you’d guaranteed to get above 60

Women can be such a strong motivator to improve. Reproduction is probably our most basic drive, and people can deny it, but a lot of the reason we improve ourselves is to attract partners. Gaining social skills can be painful and you'll make mistakes along the way, but it's so much more painful to not ever gain them, to not ever have good and bad relationships or a support system.

This reminds me of how I'm always drawn more to people who excel in a particular niche in their lives, because these are people who know who they are, what they value the most and poured their energy into building that life for themselves.
