Hey neighbor! Neither of us have been diagnosed with lymphedema but my mom suffers with severe arthritis. It’s been extremely hard for her to lose weight. Diet and exercise has not helped. We still try to make healthy choices but we don’t beat ourselves up about our size or the way we look. One of our main goals is to learn to love ourselves right where we are and to give that love to others as well! ❤️ I encourage you to do what you can to stay healthy and happy and love yourself through the process. Remember, you are Fatbulous! 🥰

And I meant to say Lipedema not Lymphedema but regardless we haven’t been diagnosed. We did look into it and I can see why you asked, it’s definitely something to research! Thanx for telling us!
