Hospitalization that reduced death isn't an excuse for a drop in murder cases, when both the acts of and the intent for murder still come before the death as one of the outcomes. However, as the rates of opioid overdose, eating disorders, and even childhood obesity had also exploded in 2020, the laws enforcement officers are ill equipped to handle confronting and healing intergenerational trauma within the families, due to tyrannical security theatre such as lockdown.
