I understand your trailer park analogy, but when a lease is up, you still own the trailer. With a leasehold property in Hawaii, when the lease is up, do you have anything?

🤷‍♂🤷‍♂🫡 so a Lease hold is not realy a bad thing u just will pay Rent fee to live on the land and there pretty long lease hold so u can still live there for a wile not to bad :) if u just wanna live somewhere close to the beach and stuff kinda ok i guess ^^

Great video. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. So I was thinking of tent camping because I don’t have a lot of money for condos . Lahaina is destroyed so I’m wondering if there’s somewhere on the beach that I can actually tent camp? Maybe in Hana or anywhere really. I’m coming oct 4-8 2023 I like the place in this video but is it available

I passed my New Mexico exam last Tuesday! I’m still doing Heather’s Kettle Corn. I had my real estate license from 2006-2018 but I let it expire because I was so focused on Heather’s Kettle Corn. Now I’m wanting to transition to real estate. I hope I can make it happen! I have ideas. I can actually post real estate banners through my drive thru. I also have 22,000 followers on Facebook so wanting to advertise myself through my business page as well. Oh how I would love to be where you are though!

Hi Jessica, my dad passed Thursday evening. I haven’t even had time to mourn. I’ve been popping kettle corn, putting together my Christmas popcorn towers and today I’m going to make ice cream and ice cream pies. And maybe even pop today if I can. Tomorrow it’s only going to be like 30 degrees and I pop outside so going to TRY to pop before it gets too cold. It’s starting to kill me but we close for a week after Friday. I’m super sad though. I’m the only one who can do this stuff. 😢

Hey Jessica, maybe a tough question with many variables, but with homes in upcountry being around $800,000-$1,000,000, So you think a post-tax monthly income of $10,000 is reasonable? I was actually quite shocked to see that the average household monthly income for residents on Maui is around $84,000. How do you think residents live off that income?
