After several years of playing (and several prototypes), I've finally landed on a solution for an all-in-one synthesizer flight case and stand. This is for the UDO Super 6, but could be adapted for any keyboard.
The goal was to figure out a protective case and stand combination to minimize load-in and setup times. Additionally, I knew I wanted a detachable pedal board option floating above, and I wanted it to look good on stage and not wreck my back after playing. The pedal board and risers store in a separate case from the synth to minimize the weight. It works well so far. I've put in some playing hours on this already and can't find anything else to improve.
Notes: Video has no talking. Turn on subtitles if you want a description of what's happening. Also, out-of-focus, dark, and warped footage is intentional and an attempt to provide the viewer with an immersive experience of building a thing with power tools in a concrete room. ; )
