**🔥 Very Spicy Guntur Chicken Recipe | 30-Minute Cooking | Authentic Indian Cuisine**
Welcome to our kitchen! Today, we're diving into the fiery flavors of Andhra Pradesh with our Guntur Chicken recipe. This dish is not for the faint-hearted but promises a burst of authentic, mouth-watering flavors.
**Ingredients:**

- 1/2 kg Chicken
- Salt (to taste)
- Pinch of Turmeric Powder
- 2 teaspoons Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Cup Curd
**For Masala Powder (Grind Together):**
- 5 Dry Red Chillies
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Peppercorns
- 2 Cardamom Pods
- Small Cinnamon Stick
- 3 Cloves
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
**For Frying:**
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- Handful of Curry Leaves
- 2 Green Chillies
- 2 teaspoons Crushed Ginger-Garlic
- 1 Large Onion (Sliced)
- 1 teaspoon Ghee
- Coriander Leaves (for garnish)
**Instructions:**
1. **Marinate the Chicken:** In a bowl, mix the chicken with salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, and curd. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. **Prepare the Masala Powder:** Grind all the masala ingredients into a fine powder.
3. **Cook the Chicken:** Heat sesame oil in a pan, add curry leaves, green chillies, and crushed ginger-garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
4. **Add Onion:** Add the sliced onion and cook until golden brown.
5. **Combine and Cook:** Add the marinated chicken and cook it for 5 min then add the freshly ground masala powder. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and fully cooked, about 15 - 20 minutes.
6. **Finish:** Stir in the ghee for extra richness and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
**Cooking Tips:**
- Adjust the number of chillies based on your spice tolerance.
- Ensure the masala is finely ground for a smooth texture.
- Marinating the chicken enhances the flavor, so don't skip this step!
