I still feel like this Doom should just be a variant or something like that. Having Doctor Doom simply just be evil Iron Man undermines his entire character, and there should be a main timeline Doom revealed. No matter how original RDJ is as Doom, it won’t distract from the fact that he is the face of Iron Man, and they’re bringing him back merely because of nostalgia bait. The main timeline Doom should be Cillian Murphy or something like that, no more 60+ year olds.

Ooooh, this was actually a good pitch!

This is okay but you didn’t really storyboard it properly. What I mean is in comic movies think of certain scenes like a splash page that propel plot points forward. Like when the Thunderbolts arrive it would have been better for them to be losing, have the Thunderbolts arrive, Strange say something like we’re gonna need more them just super soldier to beat these guys, then have the Sentry appear and wipe out a bunch of Doom bots. When all seems clear, Sam ask Bucky how does he know he can trusts his new friends, at which point one last Doom bot attacks and an arrow pinpoints it with a bomb and blows it up, at which point Hawkeye reveals himself and says trust me you can trusts them I’ve already vetted them thoroughly. Ylana can have a joke about not knowing how her sister put up with how pedantic Barton is. Also killing Thor is a no go because he’s just too powerful and killing Scott is too predictable. You can kill She Hulk and have that be a catalysts to having Savage Hulk return. Also the film should start with Sam actually training a group of new Avengers for a rescue mission in coordination with Dr. Strange and America Chavez to rescue Monica from Earth 818 or whatever Earth that was since that plot point has to get tied up as well. And they also need to use the idea of a Rescue Ark from the comics at the end to get them to Battleworld because that is why when they arrive they will be able to remember the past whereas the rest of the people living there just always thought Battleworld existed.

My idea is to bring Wanda back in this movie and she and Doom have a big fight and he ends up stealing her powers to create battleworld just like he did the beyonder in the comics

I think thor is probably a final act or pt 2 movie hero, it seems like he’s done fighting and won’t fight unless his home is in danger

Cool video but wanted to share some notes: 1. Doom's character and plan is a bit unclear. I'm pretty sure I understand him blaming Reed for the destruction of his people and wanting to kill the FF but where does the motivation for protecting the multiverse by merging it come from? Why does he bother exerting resources on different universes when they're not the FF hes looking for? Why is he choosing specific universes to bring into his incursion and not others? Wouldnt this condrict the idea of him proving he can protect life better than Reed if hes just willing to pick and choose what universes stay and go? Also, why does he want to specifically travel to 616 to make the incursion machine? If these are questions to be answered in a secret wars pitch then that'd be kind of a shame since I just think it would've been better structured to lay out his character in Doomsday first. 2. Obviously not your fault but this pitch kinda shows why Rdj doom is almost inherently flawed. Besides the awful Romani erasure, there's not much you can get from a narrative/emotional level besides one or two scenes of "I can't believe he looks like Tony" and even then it doesn't matter much since it's not him. Again, having to work with rdj doom is a nightmare that you didn't decide so it's fine. 3. 7:48 dont want to be mean but this is honestly a major flaw with this approach to the multiverse. It becomes meaningless and repetitive. You can't really comprehend the difference when going more than one universe being taken over since it just becomes numbers that we don't connect to. I can't help but compare this to Thanos. The reason why he worked so effectively is that he was actively hurting the characters we liked and killed half of the universe that we actually knew. This kinda just doesnt work when you have it so that Doom invaded hundreds of worlds instead of focusing on the ones that actually matter. The best parts of this is when Doom is interacting with the heroes we know and is in 616. 4. Small nitpick but why is Spider-Man part of the avengers after nwh? It's just seems a little weird considering how he left off in a place of isolation. Also I'd wonder if the other avengers are fine with having a member who doesn't show their identity. Not much of a problem though. 5. It's a little strange that the Thunderbolts were waiting around the whole time. Why did they choose to reveal themselves at the end of the 2nd act instead of working with them before that? Did they have another mission they were doing? Just pretty odd. 6. Doctor Strange seems to have been affected by the Darkhold after using it and kept its powers. I think it's a bit of a missed opportunity to not expand on that here, maybe even making comparisons to Doom's own dark sorcery. 7. The Avengers seem to have a large stretch where they aren't given much to do plotwise when they go from fighting some Doombots in the 1st act to fighting Doom near the end of the 2nd. 8. Wanted to end this positively by saying I still like stuff from this video. I especially think the general idea of the Thunderbolts serving as a turning point for the heroes is pretty cool. I also understand that this is just a ptich and not everything has to be in depth. None of these notes were meant as insults just wanted to share some feedback. I'm looking forward to more pitches from the channel and hope that you have good success. ✌️

You managed to make a seemingly unsalvageable project and give me hope for it. Bravo. I’m sure Marvel will find a way to do nothing like this. That being said, the only thing I’d change is Spider-Man being on the team by the beginning. I’d imagine him having an introduction similar to Infinity War where he just shows up to help out and ends up being pulled along for the ride

What about The Wasp? I know Evangeline Lilly said she was retiring, but im willing to bet she does come back and or we need a recast. We need The Wasp!

This is 🔥. Doom hunting the 4 through the multiverse would tie into the fact we’ve seen so many of them getting offed in gruesome ways. Doom could be pulling the strings so they they die indirectly or directly
