I just started making this kind of beats and I wonder... Does Tomppabeats (or any beatmaker who's using samples) pay to the owner of the song or he simply pitches it down and hopes for the best?

Ok, i know this video won't get a terrible amount more of views, and the chances of anyone seeing this is slim, but there was a vine with THIS song in it, and all I can remember was that somebody did a kick flip in the video. This vine got me into tomppabeats and eventually lofi as a whole, if anyone could find this video and send /reply me the video, that would be amazing.

Photos are pretty nice, where is this at? Osaka? Kinda reminds me of Osaka, but Im guessing it is probably Tokyo as well. The music is ok. I turned it off after about 2 minutes, just constantly repeating it got on my nerves.

great beats, but they run on way too long. not bad if you want background music, but awful if you're paying attention.
