There appears to be a lot of 'gaslighting' (damage control) in the comments, as usual with any conspiracy video. If you have an open mind then proceed with caution when reading the comments. I'd hypothesise that this is the original Paul, and he was replaced with a lookalike for some reason. He looks like Paul and he appears to be left-handed by how he's holding the beer, which is enough evidence to suggest it could be him. The "arguments" that I've seen in the comments against him being the original Paul are weak and in some cases do not even provide evidence ("Yeah, it's not him"). Some of the comments even say that it looks nothing like him. Seriously? I think they need to pay a visit to the optometrist!
