4mil dmg on a 2min pull? you would have 4mil+ dmg in 14seconds at 300k dps... so i'm not sure what you're on about...

technically accurate but realistically with that many targets you will need to move and having empowered frost shock for those moments is a big win for keeping dps up (assuming spiritwalkers is already on cd)

i think my last stat weight sim was crit>haste>mastery>vers but i think they are all pretty close. Likely just highest ilvl then follow that. Sims are showing that we have one of the highest single target dps but realistically it's not playing out that way but its still looking pretty good as far as I can tell. Maybe sim yourself using the target dummy setting (you can check my sim yourself vid if you are unfamiliar) and see if you are even close to that value that comes out

Dungeon seems quite easily tuned so far and warrior tank just always feels good to me :) Give er a rip and have some fun!

totally agree, the spell animations on shaman feel so good. If only the number tuning turned out as good as the visuals XD Can you think of any other classes that FEEL good visually?

These are the set bonuses for the 10.1 tier gear. You will get them from the raid or using the catalyst

@Laxman Khatri yup they will be available in lfr. The catalyst is a thing where you can turn a regular item of epic quality into a tier item. It's usually time gated so not sure if it will be available immediately but when it becomes available you can usually do 1 items per week

Ele is a lot of fun. Check out my vid on how to lightning. I find it easier than the fire builds and lets you focus a lot more performing well instead of praying for DRE procs :)

I appreciate that. It is definitely my most effort video to date and I wanted to make sure people got the information they needed to be successful.

If you aren't enjoying it, don't play it. You can give this build a rip if you want (though i recommend now taking surge of power instead of aftershock) or the single target raid dps variant of it. I enjoy all of the mentioned builds including lava totem but if you aren't enjoying it then why bother? Play what's fun :)

I believe currently you ignore frost shock at 6+ if you don't have to move. With the buff being longer than it used to be, it will probably just naturally be up when you inevitably have to move. I will note that on my opener sometimes I will icefury -> frost shock and then continue as normal. Not saying this is optimal, it can just help in some situations with keeping mobs from running around all willy nilly :P

I think this is about as close as its going to get unfortunately. Lava burst generates too much maelstrom to ignore in single target and the procs that buff your next 2 lightning bolts/chain lightnings can actually add a bit of extra burst so it's not all bad. You can try to fish for that proc at the end of a pull so you can come in to the next pull guns ablazin :D

basically 1-2 targets use lightning bolt. 6+ targets use chain lightning. ignore surge of power in between those amounts.

@@Waybackwhennn I'm not sure exactly which WA you are referring to. If you know what it's for I can look at it specifically but I will try to see all the ones I've linked. I haven't changed any but other authors may have and I can just upload the version I have if necessary

haha thanks! I absolutely agree, non-meta is the most fun especially when you can find ways to make it competitive. For this one i definitely recommend surge of power now but you could also check out my azure vault +20 run to get my portal. I accidentally went in there with my raid lightning spec on and it went really well.

Haha if it was more mortal kombaty then sure but I just feel like it's too silly and colorful. A little darker and more aggressive would really change my opinion on it but as is its too goofy imo

I appreciate the constructive feedback. I'll look into it. I think I just need to add a filter to the mic settings to stop it clipping. Hopefully it will help make higher audio quality recordings in the future 😁

Basically anything can be played while leveling. Even just hammering chain lightning can be pure gold. While leveling I would say your biggest power spikes are going to be in order you get them, not in order of power: 1) Earthquake. You get this pretty early so that helps a ton. 2) Your Elemental 3) Empowered Frost Shocks 4) Stormkeeper 5) Primal Elementalist 6) Echos of Great Sundering The capstones are nice but these are the big power spikes IMO.

i've tried to find out but based on season 1 im guessing these might be just pve colors and there may be pvp sets to be released yet? Couldn't really find anything about it so I'm not sure yet
