Finally! 🥺✨ This was amazing! You are stunning and I loved the conversation. Had a couple of take aways, but one that really stood out for me is where you quoted your sister saying 'gratitude is not a tool to stop growing.' I agree. She's not lying. Gratitude really positions you for growth. By the way, Fulu I am a fan. 💕

I love what you say about how taking initiative is the most value adding thing you can do. And yes you have to be open to it being rejected (AND NOT TAKING OFFENCE🥲😭). I find that it’s very important who you listen to, because I’ve had people tell me the harder I work, the more work I’ll be given to do, people saying “just go do what you’re being paid for, nothing more” but you find that those people aren’t even growing in their field😭 it takes me back to that scripture which says if you aren’t faithful in the little you won’t be faithful with the big things. It works the same in corporate, if you don’t do your best in the small project you’ve been given, no one is going to trust you to do big projects🥲 so how do you set yourself apart? By tapping into more than just what you’ve been hired to do. And it’s so true, entry level you shouldn’t be focusing much on the money but experience because that’s what’s going to open doors for you, eii im learning that every single day🥲 and it doesn’t help to say that you can do 123 yet you don’t do it. You say you have time management skills yet you submit all your reports after the due date because they don’t pay you enough? Njani?🥲

Yhuuu such a thought-provoking conversation. Definitely a must watch. I always hear people say “if God has placed a dream on your heart, He’s placed it there for a reason” but never have I heard, “but there’s a time to do it.”😭 this put things in so much perspective because like Naki said, sometimes God is still building your character, equipping you for the task He’s asked of you. Then she goes on to say (im paraphrasing ke sana), remove your gains from the equation. Don’t think about what you’re going to benefit by doing 123, but allow yourself to be a vessel to be used by the Lord. Do everything for the glory of the Lord. God wants you to start a UA-cam channel, sure, let me not think about how many followers I want to have or how quick can I monetise it but let me do it because there is information that I have that the Lord would like me to share with His people, even if it reaches just 1 soul. Doing it for the Lord, not what I can benefit.

"Not everything is about control" not much is said about this! You will literally lose your mind tryna make sense of everything or being in control in everything

🎉❤ we are within. The lady is so gracious yet explosive! Your interview skills are insane! I'd freak out, why are you giving me so much speak room(if that makes sense) "please come in".
