This is stunning! I am a fairly new subscriber to The Perfume Society, and I am literally floored at the opportunities it has already presented. Suzy's unboxing video is perfect when it comes to going through this range of phenomenal perfumes on the Garden of Delights theme. Her descriptions are of course informative as to base heart and top notes as I'd expect; her descriptions of What each sent evokes are extraordinarily precise. Not all of the perfumes work well on me, but I didn't expect them to. I can tell you there is something in this collection for absolutely everyone, whether they want something for work, for day, for night time, for a one-off event. The standouts for me personally are Penhaligon's Highgrove Bouquet with its extraordinary mix of lavender, mimosa, tuberose, and iris; the fun Juliet has a Gun Magnolia Bliss; and the woody, calming and centring for lack of a better word Cosmoss Sacred Mist:- love the heady, almost intoxicating, oak moss notes. There are many excellent other scents in this collection (try the Versace!) but discover them for yourself, not least Adcenture's Secret Garden, Grenada and Co's Jardin Real, and EAU MG's Rockin Rose. There is an arnica hand gel which I am enjoying immensely at the moment, and a generous size Yardley English Rose body spray, which has some lovely notes of cassis and magnolia. Bring on the next unboxing!

An elegant fragrance that brings us in the Middle East, in France and in the modern days with the bright touch of rhubarb over the warm ambery spicy flowers. ❤️

I think as Sonia said about trying to make and study flower accords is one of the best exercises for beginner perfumers, taking a look at the constituents of the aroma and possibly trying to reproduce it. With this type of exercises you are able to understand as well how come some aroma compounds are being linked from the top to the heart notes and from the heart notes to the base notes, and this helps you create a good overall smooth harmony.

MFA/BS The Fine Arts, Music & Sciences and I've always had perfuming with the self-created problem of misconception of having to spend years and years in chemistry to achieve a great result. You should spend your years in comparisons because it is an investment. I am glad there is Christophe Laudamiel of "Dream Air" N.Y., Chief Bel Air LAB Tokyo because of his honesty about the journey. This is a very helpful press.
