_OPIATE/OPIOID_ _The use of the terms "opiate" and "opioid" requires clarification. Until the 1980s, the term "opiate" was used extensively to describe any natural or synthetic agent that was derived from morphine. One could say an opiate was any compound that was structurally related to morphine. In the mid-1970s, the discovery of peptides in the brain with pharmacologic actions similar to morphine prompted a change in nomenclature. These peptides were not easily related to morphine structurally, yet their actions were like those produced by morphine. At this time, the term "opioid," meaning opium- or morphine-like in terms of pharmacologic action, was introduced. The broad group of opium alkaloids, synthetic derivatives related to the opium alkaloids, and the many naturally occurring and synthetic peptides with morphine-like pharmacologic effects are called opioids. In addition to having pharmacologic effects similar to morphine, a compound must be antagonized by an opioid antagonist, such as naloxone, to be classed as an opioid. The neuronal-located proteins to which opioid agents bind and initiate biologic responses are called opioid receptors._ Foye's Principles of Medicinal Chemistry, Seventh Edition. 2013. Thomas L. I thought I was tripping because I’m watching this video while also watching the new Godzilla movie and I just threw an error code watching someone comment about Godzilla watching the movie😂. Wasn’t sure I was on the right video thought my autoplay took me somewhere else for a second. But I bought a yoga mat and started sleeping on the floor that helped me immediately and immensely. If you don’t want to sleep on the floor, might I suggest try intentionally sleeping on your stomach so your spine may stretch the other way while you sleep sleeping on the floor and sleeping on your stomach in the bed are two things that can help with your posture while you sleep, because those are really valuable hours to realign the spine for constant a lot of good and a lot can happen when you sleep if you’re sleeping in a good or bad position

The problem with the ones that go around your shoulders n under your arm pits hurts after a while n that was with my clothes on. I can only imagine without them on. I m 76 yrs young n have 4 fusions in my neck to T1. Then around T5 the pain gets so bad it feels as though something is stabbing me esp. If I reach to do things. Looking down to do things is almost impossible if I don't have help. I use to have a brace that went on like a jacket n hooked across my chest and then a velcro strap at the bottom that was wide n kept together with the velcro. It stretched out of shape n Lord knows where it went when we moved. That's what I'm looking f or. Any help? Thanks n I enjoyed ur video. God bless.

@@emil322 - Also if you do another back posture brace comparison, something to keep in mind is this... What I don't like about this presentation is that when you held up the "4 Well" to show us a little of the back, your extra wide, blue text banner along the bottom of the frame covered up too much of the product, so we couldn't get a visual of how the one you liked best is shaped, cut or structured. Again when you put it on you turn to the side but you didn't turn your back towards us so that we can see how it is cut and shaped is. That would have been especially helpful now that I'm reading they don't make it anymore, having a visual clue to find either a similar one or one that is the exact same (that 4 Well may have sold the patent to make and sell them. Now that they don't make it anymore if you had shown us what the back cut look like, by either holding it up and open, It would have help. We need to see what the middle along the spine and between your shoulder blades look like, (was it square, round, rectangle, long strap or a combo?) Knowing if it makes a ”Y" "X" or a T or w/e, not seeing that part of the detail and overall visual is a bit of a bummer. the extra wide blue text banner along the bottom of your frame, or if you had turned your back completely to us while you had it on, maybe we could have seen how it is cut and made, and possibly picked out one that is exactly or similar to the way the one 4 Well. I'm a former photographer by trade and I'm just trying to give you some "food for thought." I realize videography this isn't your original wheelhouse, but, you are taking on the desire to make the videos as helpful and informative as they can be, so Im just offeri this as friendly constructive criticism for your future updates and redos, and hope you take it with the kindness it is intended. Wasn't fun to type, for sure. Lol. That's good title, And as more people get text Nick from cellular phone and computer usage at a desk, there's going to be a need for these products that can help counter the bad ergonomics that come with new inventions that seem to be coming more and more apart of everyone's lives, that can be a good thing or a bad thing. All good things should used or taken in moderation is a guideline that helps some people. But inevitably people are going to overdo it because of the addictive nature of the internet and, games, technology, and it's becoming more and more a part of our lives. So there's probably a lot of people who p will be looking for solutions so you might want to update it, make another one, at some point. As another commemtor mentioned, back up and give yourself some more "elbow room" in the frame was another good suggestion, it's a little crowded. Also you may want to create more contrast between the color of the posture correctors and what you're wearing. And If there's a little detail you want people to see, you can hold it closer to the camera pause for a moment and let the auto focus catch up, before you pull it away. When doing product photography, I could suggest that you just go look at how some of the women who put on makeup, they're real good, learned by trial and error, and they'll put the palm of their hand behind the product so people can read or see detail. It also gives them an idea of how big the brush, container, texture, small details that you might want to point out. The palm of the hand gives a little contrast as well as an object that they can compare approximate size too. Imagine you're watching a product demonstration, ask yourself what would you want to see included, or what would be helpful overall. Best of luck to you. I don't make videos but I imagine it is quite a learning curve. Your audio sounds good. Some people's is always too low, And if they don't do a little bit of a sound check they don't find out until they put an hour into a video, and people fuss at them too. Lol. That's life on the internet super highway. 🕊️
