Valley Art Center is the hub of the visual arts in the Chagrin Valley, providing local communities with art classes, art exhibits and fine art shopping for almost 50 years. Each year, we offer over 400 classes, workshops and summer camps for students, from children to seniors, who range from beginner to seasoned professional. Explore drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, sculpture, photography, jewelry, metalwork, textiles, and more. Our gallery hosts 5 exhibits annually with curated, invitational, and juried shows. Our calls to entry draw local, regional, and national artists from the Cleveland area and beyond. Our gift shop and gallery host hundreds of unique original pieces of art for sale, from functional to flashy, at a wide variety of price points.

I've been a fan of Anliker's paintings since college when my Drawing professor showed us his slides. I'm really happy to see this video posted and am sorry I missed the show as I would have loved to see these works in person.

Really well done! The mural is an iconic part of my earliest memories of the church (1960's)! My father, Dr. William Foley, who was Director of Music at the Federated Church for 50 years, used to wear a similar robe and stole as Dr. Townsend, so it was easy for me as a kid to imagine it was HIM in the painting, running to the church!
