Nice work
@@Thrax.mp4 thanks man
What keeps the knife in? Friction or a magnet?
@marchess923 thanks for the question! Just friction, it's fairly tight. I learned that if it gets loose I can actually put it in the sun and it'll tighten back up
The ending is kinda goofed up 😅
Good idea
@@camilofigueroarodriguez6220 thanks man
good job
very nice, Nice to have an adjustable height stand for something that is 99.9% the same height & if you have a workshop like that, you can over engineer low load capacity like ... this Mine is a box, (with two height settings, rectangle) each to their own :)
how do ya get the wedge out
@ianwaller5036 it pulls out pretty easy. If it's stuck real bad you can tap it from the bottom side!
Or use a washer
@@AidanDoege for what?
@@Mocounty you use the washer with the screw to make sure the wood doesn’t split.
I get that. In the video you can see that pretty much as soon as the screw went in, it split the wood.
Did you catch that mistake? 😅
The toggle clamps are basically just a woodworking hack in general
Mind blown
Genius
That’s so awesome!
Nice hack!
Tips and tricks with Eli the carpenter
@bensheafer1859 damn right son 😄😄
Первый раз в руки взял шуруповерт и открыл для себя новое😂😂😂
I hope this video help you out 😅
Mọi người đã biết từ 20 năm trước. Chỉ có mình bạn mới biết.
I was on reddit and there's a lot of beginners that don't know you need to pre drill and countersink
Да ну нахрен!!!!!! 😮😮😮
That's what I said before I screwed the first screw lol
Just ask the wood nicely to not break
@austinrobinson7109 I didn't even think about asking nicely. I just wanted to drill that thang
I also blank my big stuff and saves material.but can still develop steps with certain pieces.
@user-ik6rz8nt9e for sure, obsidian blanks tend to step for me, I actually got pretty lucky with this one, I didn't show it but there was a pretty bad one I made but was able to push the perfect flake under it
that’s badass
Thank you
SOO SMART!!!
I thought so 😉
looks great! i thought the snap and thumbs up was funny. will you have to re-season the wood after cooking in the future? or is it good to go forever?
Thanks I'm gonna do some tests with it to see how the stain and oil holds up
❤
❤
Soooooooo sweet
So cool!!
that’s some art right there. Beautifully crafted.
