Bravo standing ovation!
@JulyN78 Its amazing!! My family lives about 2 hrs from patzcuaro as a kind I have a lots of good memories from this paces.
I'm from Brasil and don't ask me why I found this place in my imagination, researched about it on the internet and decided, after so many beauties being exposed that this is the place I most want to visit in the whole world... Whoa! Nice video... It makes me wanna go visit Patzcuaro even more.
Maravillosas pinturas!!!
Que hermosas fotos, pinturas, música todo me gustó.
@mesmeriffic Photoshop was only used process photos of paintings. Repainting everyday was absorbing and fascinating and, since this was a continuous painting, the only way to go. Process does affect content. This video is part of a larger project. Scroll downto "The Continuous Painting: Season of the Sunflower" on my blog where i write about the project.
It looks like it was continuously revised and improved upon using Photoshop and a Wacom tablet. Re-painting everyday just seems massively stupid and boring.
This video helps me reinforce the idea that art in everyday life is very important. I might have to brush off my sketch pad and get back into creating...
Great video. I'm interested in some of the problems attacking such a piece of art. Did you paint over the old painting without scratching away any paint? Did you have any problems with the drying process? Is your painting grown noticeably thicker? If so do you have a picture which illustrates that? This is very interesting because maybe one could see which parts had to be repainted more. Thank you for your answer in advance.
That was amazing. Must've taken forever to do that!
Nice video, I am from Michoacan and I feel proud to be p'urepecha.
Wonderful !!! I born at these place !! In a small town !!! I'm a P'URHEPECHA native from these lands !!!! And I'm proud to be one of theme !!!
