Awesome as always!
Thanks.
I know a J J, or Jay. He used to live on a Pretty Lake. Is it possibly you?
@@paulmitchell3877 Unfortunately no, I do not live on a lake, however I would love to someday!
@@yaboijay690 thanks for responding. It was a long shot.
And the birds joined in, it was awesome!
It makes me feel good when they harmonize 🪗
You look like a good person of this world.
Thanks.
Very nice! 😊
Thank you! 😊
Big like on this one.
Thanks Dale
Lovely! Thanks! Lifted my spirits this evening!
Thank you for your kind remark Christina.
Serious business of a rollicking tune !
Thanks
Outstanding Paul. I just purchased an old Hohner 21 button, and I am learning to play as I am learning to repair.... All good.
I’m self taught on the melodeon for over 44 years now. If I may offer you some kind advice, learn to read music and memorize the notes on your box. I played by ear for about 38 years, but using the dots immensely simplified things. Good luck.
If you can, get Ed Rennie’s booklet “ The Melodeon Tutor. A Spinningpath Music Book.
Beautiful tune. Are you playing a BC?
My Castagnari is a DG. Thanks for the nice compliment friend
Thank you for this. What a beautiful instrument.
Thanks. I’m happy that you enjoyed it.
Feel proud of this performance! The rhythm is steady and the melody is apparent and easy to follow as a listener. The chords and harmonies are all fitting to the melody.
Thanks Clara.
Just woke up, drinking coffee and listening. Spirited piece, great job.
Thanks Dale.
Really lovely composition. What a treat to wake up to.
Thanks, but the credit goes to Turlough O’Carolan, who composed over 250 melodic pieces in his lifetime of music.
Lovely music, lovely Indiana setting.
Absolutely beautiful. Especially the rolls!!
Thanks
Love this. Truckin along. Can hear left hand keys slamming down...great to hear....before 6 am.❤

Both sides working well, full sound! Nicely done my old friend.
Thanks for listening
Thanks, I'd like to learn this one and will try to play along with you. Eventually!
Sounds great! A wise melodeon player from France once said that we all speak the same language. Music.
Written by Frans Tromp. I played together with him for some years at the Utrechts Morris Team.
I enjoy playing the morris tunes. Although here in Indiana most people have never heard of Morris Dancers. Are you related to Frans?
You don't want to know how often people asked me that question. Frans is a very well known melodeon player in the Netherlands. And I am a fairly well melodeon player in the Netherlands. But as far as I know; no relation.
@@erjeetee well, I’m very pleased to meet another melodeon player. There have been so few. Thanks for reaching out.

Ah. Astronomy class turned to beautiful music.

Jaunty, moving along. Nice.
I enjoyed this very much. Glad you shared with us. Please share more.
I love this song! I'm going to set to learning it.
It’s a popular piece pretty much all over Europe. From big orchestras to lonely melodians. The music is easy to find too.
