I fail to see this miner been any good in a long life mine with many seams it’s only use use been on a level footing
So what happens to the "pillars" between the cuts? And do the cuts get back filled when the mine is reclaimed or do they stay voids?
That's what I was wondering. They claim that they get maximum recovery, but it's not like pulling pillars, where you can get most of the coal in most plans. So the pillars are left? I did watch one work once...trucks couldn't haul it off fast enough. I didn't know they were manufacturing in Beckley.
They get backfilled a little bit then what's left is a void
Do you think other mines is backfill after they mine? Idiots!
I'm curious to know if they are still in business? Being that coal went to shit
buen dia requerimos informacion del sistema. para mantos con inclinacion superior a los 45 aplica la maquina???
i worked on this miner at the time it was made, they came on our job to film it because of our output of coal. the red fuel truck u see in this film was brand new. the job was at van wv.
Hard work but once u work on a high wall miner it seeps into or skin and never comes out, it's like a damn addiction it's crazy. I'll be back after Obama's ass is gone.
