That’s so crazy that your doctor advised against raspberry leaf tea!! I’m sure you read in Mama Natural you can start as soon as 2nd trimester. I believe I started mid 3rd trimester with my firstborn. It just helps prepare your cervix which I think it worked for me. I did a ton of stuff and baby never sent me into labor so I was induced at 41+5 lol!

I’m with her. I injured myself for the first time with these running shoes. I’m in the military and run daily. always used cheap Nike shoes. Put Hoka Cliftons 9 on. time dropped by 2 minutes. Feet started hurting. Developed knee pain within 30 days. They aren’t for everyone.
