I think the craziest thing about this scene is that, I feel like almost any viltrumite could end up in Omni man’s position. Evil isn’t some kind of genetic trait in viltrumites. It’s the indoctrination they spend their entire lives under that makes them that way.

Damn this scene made me want to cry, seeing this horrible person who’s killed thousands of innocents contemplate his actions and attempt suicide was extremely depressing.

By the time those thraxans arrived their planet, their families would have had died.

The closest black hole to earth is 1500 light years away, so even if it took him 3 months to fly there, he would need to fly an average of 6000x the speed of light. Taking into account acceleration, his maximum speed would have to be at least 12000x the speed of light. Anything he touched at that speed would not be a happy camper.

Viltrumites might be super powerful and advanced as a species in every way... Except emotionally. Which makes me giggle a little. Even in the real world we only begun to learn about our own internal world. Viltrumites are so emotionally primitive they don't even have any understanding of love.
