Can someone tell me what this is and how to get it?

I would have stylized the sprites of the turtles a bit to look like they fiting the actual game. Also would have just kept some of the normal Streets of Rage goons and recolor them to fit the purple dragons theme. These games blend well together to be honest.

I think this was the most important KOF game since it revealed the history behind the Kusanagi/Yagami clans feud as well as introduced the remaining Orochi members.

Amon is still one of the best fighting game ninjas to this day 2 1/2 decades+ later 😎

Eelis was my favorite female Ragnagard character. She's the purple skin version of Morrigan Aensland since they're both succubi 😁😄.
