Don’t go here, they don’t like English people. We had ants all over our room, the management didn’t give a damn, no sorry or anything. The ac didn’t work either. Hotel Alay, Palmasol, and hotel vista mar are far, far better.

El 30 de marzo estuve en el arenal y me hubiese gustado ir al este hotel ya que en el año 72 estuve trabajando pero me cogía muy lejos espero que en otra ocasión pueda visitarlo tengo muy buenos recuerdos

Last time I went here - and I have been 3 times, I think it was - was as a kid in the 1980s! Just thought I'd look it up and, from this video, some of it brings back memories but it's clearly had some changes over the decades. I wonder if the food has improved because it was pretty basic and 'orrible back then (creme caramel anyone?). Who knows, I might go back one day. Even the old attractions in the area look the same - local horse riding place and, of course, the Caves of Drach tour with added pearl shop & liquor shop stop-offs. Some things change...but some things just don't. Thanks for the video Gary.

That's my only complaint about this hotel. I had to que while my kids 14 & 8 went to breakfast. Other than that it's a fantastic hotel :)

just got home from hotel haiti it is a clean friendly hotel food was superb . the pool could do with better higher rails for dissabled guests .
