Draft Multi-Sector General Permit Public Workshop: Session 2
The Office of Water Resources, Rhode Island Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (RIPDES) Program administers the RIPDES Industrial Stormwater Program. As a delegated State by EPA, RIDEM last issued a statewide Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) on May 3, 2019 (“2019 MSGP”), to cover stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity, excluding discharges from construction sites. This General Permit expires on May 2, 2024. At this time, the Department is proposing to reissue the MSGP in 2024, which will replace the 2019 MSGP.
The informational workshop highlights the proposed significant revisions to the RIPDES MSGP, which the RIDEM plans to reissue in the late spring/early summer of 2024.

Interesting way to fight a fire. A couple of comments...dont carry tools over your shoulders for safety reasons, that nozzle sucks- or maybe it was just low pressure but you shouldn't have to walk like a duck to put water on the fire, don't turn your back on the fire, this hose lay seems to take way longer than it should have.

Middletown hired Roland Bellotti in 2011 to kill coyotes. Reports read he may have killed up to 40. But now they come out and say “you can’t just kill them”. As if they didn’t just kill 40 themselves. Bunch of hypocrites. They need to open public hunting on Aquidneck island and stop telling people to just scream at the coyotes

Scott, I like these podcast and love the outreach programs. I've been to a few now. I'd love to see you do podcast reviewing the shellfishing regulations and maybe some history of it. providing the links to the regulations and closure maps. Something that can be shared via social media. Only suggesting this because I live on the coast and find that many folks just don't know the ins/outs of the regulations. I often hear I've been digging here for 30-40 years but the area is closed. Great job folks.

Just had a bobcat last week sitting at the end of my driveway looking at my dog. It was a small one, husband said mom must be closeby. I thought it was a small cat until I saw that signature tail. They are cute. We have quite a few here in Johnston.
