Mekanism is probably the most op out of all of these. Fully upgraded mek suit just means you're unkillable and you've basically beaten the game. That being said though the Flamethrower really needs a beef up because the flames it shoots out are really really slow and doesn't quite match the sheer terrifying destructiveness as a real flamethrower.

I really like makeup ultra fast! a lot of shaders make the game way too muddy with bloom and fog effects and I was looking for a shader that kept things clearer so it would still look pretty while not make things like doing redstone impossible. with some tweaking this mod was perfect!

Fossils and archeology mod is my Personal all time favorite, it’s not only very fleshed out, with materials, structures and lore, but the dinosaurs are also very well designed that they fit in with Minecraft’s look, nothing too much and nothing less. It also has a wide range of fun creatures and plants from all three eras. And they will keep on adding and updating new creatures which I’m excited for. And I love all the other mechanics and stuff as well. This mod has a lot of charm for me. Im surprised not many people talk about it nowadays
