One thing that could be a potential hazard other than that guy falling out the door onto the live conductor rail is if there was a potential conduction risk though that poster. If that paper had been sitting in a pool of water and was damp and with the guy clinging onto a bare metal handrail on the cab, as that paper drapes across the live conductor, then a fair old amount of current could have passed straight though his heart.. something to think about

A few things wrong with this video: 1) Hi-Vi was not fastened which is required when working on the platforms or tracks 2) Train was not secured i.e it was moving when the poster was retrieved. The train should have stopped and the keys removed. 3) The traction current was still on which could have lead to the staff member being electrocuted
