Its a wonderful place and not a tough trail.I would say its a moderate route but it can get little tough at the end if you are going for the first time. But there are so many people and bars on the side that its safe enough to go to the top. The view from the top is absolutely stunning. i would suggest to start early by 6 am so that you can come back early before the sun hits the sky. There are few temples on the way and to the top. One can pay visit to the temples. There is a Nandi sculpture on the top as well and beware of the monkeys. Try not to keep food in your bag because they try to snatch it. While coming back you can have lunch at the temple. They serve delicious food sambhar, rice and payasam.
no washroom available. No tickets required. carry your own water bottle and do not little please. enjoy the breeze and weather. wear good pair of shoes and a jacket.
