flat slab ung sinasabi mo...I cannot answer you regarding that design kc suspended slab and beam ang na experience ko...pede ka mag search regarding flat slabs!

hi sir, same pa din ba gagawin kung yung elevated water tank mo ak mayroon sinusuplayan na 4 residential houses?
same ht. pero ung tank capacity ...ung volume e compute mo sa 4 na bahay!!!sa video ko hindi ko ipinakita ung vol. pero kung madami bahay e consider mo ung household consumption!!!kc pag nag sabay sabay yan...tiyak kakapusin yan!!! at ung piping system....mas malaki na ung galing sa tanke.1.5" ung main then 1" ung distributtion punta sa bahay.so on and so fort! at kung more than one storey ..always remembar na ung tanke shoul be at least 1 m higner sa pinakamataas na shower head!I hope na gets mo ung popint ko!!!

if crane and bucket ang pouring ...paratingin muna ung una mixer saka na i batch kasunod!!! Pag direct pouring pwedeng sunod sunod na kung madame available na mixer....Ang batching plant coordinatyor na bahala mag maniobra depende sa available na mixer ...basta ang mahalaga wag ma interup ung buhos!!!

2 men can complete 5sqm per day..put it into equation....2 x 8 divide 5 =3.2sqm. say 3.5!!! paglake productivity pag bagal pag liit value productivity pag bilis I hope n gets mo ...pls watch other videos regarding productivity.tnx...ps. back to back yun. 3.5 manhourper sqm.!!!!!if your in doubt pede ka mag search ng iba productivity kc what i used is based on my experience!!!!I hope nasagot ko.

Also include the 10dia. bar and tie wire in the tabulation!!!for 1sqm. area masonry multiply by 3m bar length...ex. 84sqm/day x3m=252m...then 252 divide it by 6m length of 10dia. bar...=42pcs bars x6 days = 252pcs/week...6m is commercial length.For tie wire get the weight of the reinforcement.... 252pcs x 6m x 0.617kg/m=933kg wt. of reinforcement...then 933 x .02kgwire/kg rebars =19kg/week tie wire...FYI

no!! the productivity rate is for roofing sheet only...could you pls. review the video to fully understand.gutter and flashing have its own productivity you can do research on that on google...the purpose of my videos are for derivation purposes....i hope u get my point!!!

no!! this is not imported from cadd.thes are lines generated from excel..go to INSERT tab...then select LINE...then 2D line with markers.

Sir tanong ko lang po if gagawa ako ng vacuum type na elivated tank and hihigop sa balon and the discharge pipe nya let's say 1inch pipe and suction is 1/4 pipe tapos ang elevation nya is let say 10meters ground level pwera pa po dun sa lalim ng balon mangyayari po ba sya??

Hi there ...I just want to emphasize that site plan ,bar chart and manpower schedule are made by the PM or PIC....the newby site engr. or supervisors are the one to execute it!!!! so it is better to have a copy of that before going to site...Later on ... on your career, as site engineers you can also do those documents once you have enough experience in running a project !!!

ang principle pag by gravity kelangan mas mataas ung storage o tanke sa fittinrs or shower...the higher the position of the storage the better...ngayon para malagyan mo ng tubig ung storage mo o tangke ...apply ka ng power !!!! yun yung motor pump.I hope nasagot ung tanong mo.
