Delta robot could do same job
Hello, and thank you for your comment. A delta robot has similar material handling capabilities. However, in most cases, the footprint will be larger, the cycle time will be longer. Generally speaking, delta robots provide flexibility, but the CoreTigo solution for transport track systems provides even more flexibility and adaptivity for machines of this type.

The power source depends on the application, IOLW supports a variety of power options that are already used today on machines and productions - such as inductive power, battery and slip rings. In addition, even when a power cable is used, it is already on the machine in most cases and it eliminates the need to run long cables to the Master or PLC.

Thanks, The communication cabe with to move intensely, is cut/corruped in several mouths. CoreTigo products can solve this issue. I believe that TigoBridge will be added analog interface with M12. Because, the many analog sensors are M12 on robot parts without CPU.

In addition, even when a power cable is used, it is already on the machine in most cases and it eliminates the need to run long cables to the Master or PLC. Also, inductive power is used in many machines in the industry today regardless of IO-Link Wireless. It is fully contactless, scalable, and reliable.
