Does the topper hatch off the sport bar? I’ve been looking for a sport bar that connects to a topper. I want to have the sport bar look even when the topper is not on.

Could you guys make a topper that doesn’t go to the top of the cab? I have a 2010 gmc sierra 1500 single cab work truck and I’d love to have a sturdy metal bed cover so stuff doesn’t fly out.
