A lot of people dont know this but this song is originally from my kasi(Vaalwater) song is by Dosky(surname is Molefe) beat was produced by Pastor(also from Vaalwater). Back then, artists here didnt know a lot about the business side of music. We were just making music nje. The song spread like wildfire, but due to not shooting a music video and actually never performing the song live. Different people from different provinces started claiming the song, dropping low-quality videos claiming the song to be theirs. This song is a classic in my kasi we still bumping it even today. I consider these guys OGs because they inspired us to make music as well and elevate it. I just wanted to clear this up for people who didnt/dont know!

the last time i heard this song i was doing grade 5-6. at those age i didn't have a phone and my sister had one. She had this song so everytime she would play it then we sing along. i didn't understand the lyrics ny that time and i knew it from the beginning till the end. All these years i kept on singing it and singing it to my friends hoping that someone would have it so that they can give me the name and artist, but it was none. i was 15 when i understood the lyrics and it was a motivation for me, now that i got it I'm in my 20s and i just found it l, i just shed a tear because of it after all these years😢
