How do we know that animals aren't self conscious? If a human mother has her child taken from her there will be grief and distress and then by the compassion of life she may find a way to move on. How do we know that animals have completely forgotten their offspring? Maybe they're just getting on with life the way that humans do. Animals can be traumatized and they also communicate and many species form bonds for life, both with their own species and with humans.

So much power and straightforwardness.

The direction to not re-member your body but to experience the sensation as a totality is super powerful and direct. The whole world is included in that sensation 💗 Then Barry gets all judgemental about what you "should" have done in the past 😆 so you can re-member all the things you "thought" you would be that didn't work out how you hoped.
