Jewel Pass is a fun blue trail that takes you up to the peak of the Prairie view trail. The climb is gradual and easy from the start. Once you start getting close to the peak, you must hike your bike as there is no other to ride up as shown in my video! The descent super fun, long and rewarding! Sidetrax is one of the newer trails in Prairie Mountain built last year. It's rated blue and is fast and flowy. Make sure to go the right direction when it comes to the many junctions on the upper side of the trail! Enjoy the Ride!

SHAFT which stands for "Super Happy Awesome Fun Trail", is as the names suggests. A blue trail with lots of berms and switchbacks. Checking out Toothless for the first time. The trail that day was super dusty and loose! The black option near the middle of the trail is apparently rated double black. Fun video! I'm a 50+ guy that started mountain biking about a month ago and although I love watching young riders flawlessly execute bomber runs at high speed, I really appreciate seeing how you approach this awesome track. You seem to be having a blast which is what this is all about, right! Keep em coming.

Hey! We went up the Husky road to get up. That’s basically the only way to get up to any trails on Prairie!

I’d say Topp notch is easier and shorter.

how steep this trail?
Hi, the only steep part of the trail is the middle section. It would be comparable to the last section of Pistolero. Cya is definitely a good trail to start practicing steeps on prairie mountain!

Such a fun descent...my favourite!. You can also try the second entrance up rather than Lusk...not quite as steep and as a bonus get to ride the ridge longer prior to first real descent

Hi there, late reply but I haven’t been to Top notch yet. What I can say is Shaft is very rocky and has lots of flow. Tons of switchbacks and an optional black run in the end. Would definitely recommend this trail!

Thank you. For this trail, it is single way with only 1.3 km. Is it correct? So if we want to do multiple times do we just bike up the same way or bike up along neighbouring pave way? Thanks for your reply. We are planning to go there
Yes Hot Laps is just 1.3km. If you want to do multiple laps take the road back up as the trail is only one way. Just be careful of the shuttlers that’ll pass you. Enjoy!
