    Lighten up the weight your turning into a deadlift/row hybrid. Closely watch how Dorian did it

      @@bdegrds hey mate! Yeah form can be improved (and I know how to bent over row with good form). But as I said before I lifted the bar - I just get much more enjoyment in this specific movement gripping and ripping, getting amped up and manhandling the weight! What am I watching… I seen a guy on the Stairmaster. Wraps. Knee braces and a belt. Kinda. Same useless Vibe. Coach or not bruv… this is rubbish. And influencer need to stop tryna over create.

    • @CoachKellyEC
      @CoachKellyEC 5 днів тому

      @@40Viking I don’t think so, I mean unless he has some major joint issues (I don’t know) - maybe he should be using a less impactful cardio machine. But all I’ll say is give it a try next time on leg extension mate, if you feel no benefit to the connection of the movement - fuck it off! It’s not about lack of grip strength but more so not having to think about it at all - full mind into quads and I certainly feel the benefits!

    • @40Viking
      @40Viking 5 днів тому

      @ all I see is someone tryna move weight they naturally cant. So use the wrist wraps to lock in. Lower weight. Squeeze contract. Lengthen partials. Enough of the accessories man..

    • @CoachKellyEC
      @CoachKellyEC 5 днів тому

      @@40Viking 😂😂😂 1) I can move the weight with or without straps. 2) If accessories help you move more weight which cause more stimulus and more muscle growth - use them. 3) Lengthen partial - absolutely agree I do these anyway! Anyway mate, we clearly disagree on the use of accessories and everyone has their preferred way of training! Stay well and stay strong! 🤜🤛

      @ just for you though. Ill try. Just not to be to ignorant lol. But have a feeling its gonna feel like nonsense. I achieved my build. With no straps. No wraps. No crap. No belt. No grunting.. Just push what your body naturally can. And some good Test always helps hahah

    • @CoachKellyEC
      @CoachKellyEC 7 днів тому

      Probably not the process they used to actually get there mate! Benching once every 2/3 weeks when you’re already benching BIG makes sense due to the fatigue and big loads being used. To get up to 100kg from scratch - more bench pressing! SIMPLE!
