I just did all 3 engine mounts and two transmission mounts thinking this would stop my car from that slight jerk feeling when shift the car into DRIVE. Sometimes it doesn't jerk. Can anyone explain what's the issue I'm having? I think the feeling sometimes happens when shifted to REVERSE as well. I have a 2013 Acura TL SH-AWD 3.7L automatic

At the end when you mentioned that sometimes the burbles sounds more “poppy and bangy” then sometimes more dull made me glad it wasn’t just me. I have mine set to high RPM so it’s not really going to affect daily driving, but I notice it as well. Sometimes they just hit super hard, sometimes they’re not. I also notice that my engine tone changes every so slightly whenever they’re going to be loud. Not sure why. Don’t use the burbles much but I do like that sharper sound. It could change the same drive 5 miles down the road. No clue what the reasoning behind that is.
