What is that max textures?

I liked ur zoning, using curved roads, constructing hoghways. Nowadays everyone is creating boring zones(Grid layout), u are much better than them. Moreover ur residential zone looks so realistic. One more thing i admire most about u is u r giving importance to creating greenary. Just keep it up. Subscribed u channel....❤ Suggestion: construct bit long curve roads.

One constructive criticism I might offer is that you should put your cul-de-sac's further away from the surrounding roads, so it have enough room to spawn zoning grids around it.

I think you're dope inner city streets are grid pattern an suburban streets are patterned to restrict traffic through those areas I think you've captured that beautifully finally a builder that gets it top notch entertainment
