If anyone accidentally clicked on this, be aware of few things: you need a serious weight loss plan to achieve significant fat loss in 14 days and you can't spot reduce fat so you have to lose the fat all over the body in similar measures. Furthermore 14 days is practically nothing for hypertrophy (muscle growth), it's like the starting warm up where your body gets used to exercising. So essentially 14 days will not transform your chest even if you barely had fat on it. And you don't have to do 6 exercises, just do regular pushups 1-3 times a week close to failure for a couple of sets depending on how well you recover from each session and you'll see chest gains for a long time. Remember to eat between 1 and 2 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight to facilitate the muscle gains, and if your goal is to lose fat, 250-500 kcal daily deficit. And above all, sleep well (7-8 hours of good quality sleep a day at least) because that is crucial for both muscle gains and fat loss.

The post fight conversation between Froch and Ward was good. What I thought was funny was when The Cobra said that if he and the Son Of God fought 10 times, both men would win five fights each. I disagree with Froch here. I believe that Ward would win 10-0, on points. During the Super Six final, S.O.G unanimously outpointed the Cobra. Froch was a very good, tough and durable fighter who was never stopped in his career. However, he was not as talented as Ward. 🥊😀🤔👍🥊
