@AlexIsgAEming Raph also does more damage but with his reach that power comes at a price. According to GameFaqs, they all get a power bump with any weapon at under 50% health but not sure of that,cs true or how much But again, game's tough than Ninja Gaiden if you ask me due to RNG enemies and terrible level design

@@AlexIsgAEming Getting into the strip. My first fallout game was 4, then 3, then New Vegas and then 76. I'm only 17, so I'm exploring older games on my leftover ps3.

Gotcha! I played a bit of 2, 3, and 4, but this is the first one I have given time to. It also took me prob 6 hours to "get into" the game, but I'm having a blast now.

@@AlexIsgAEming true dat. Some runs I've used Power Water and Power Ring on Chester to make him viable 😁😁😁 At least something as simple as that can make a huge difference and allow your favorite people a spot easily

I have not! I may have dabbled in it slightly like 27 years ago but that would be it. Whenever this wraps, the poll for the next retro RPG will include SF1, along with some other blind titles.

Definitely working on it with the healers. Chester is so squishy. Feels like I'm re-doing Slade, sometimes.

I think the one I missed was a turtle, right? I hope I don't miss anyone else, though frankly it's getting harder and harder to decide who to take out of The Force. I literally always forget I have healing items. Every single battle. I'm also kind of a natural item hoarder in games and I'm always worried I'll use something and then need it later. It's a bad - but life-long - habit.

Is the turtle any good? I've had Luke on the bench pretty much as soon as I could get him there.

@AlexIsgAEming depends who you ask lol. Good, nah. Cool, yes! When he first joins hes your literal tank and will only take 1 damage but dies immediately from magic since he only has 7hp. His attack isn't very good either. But when you promote him he becomes a godzilla like kaiju. His defense is still insane, he can now "float" which basically turns him into a flyer, and he sometimes does a fire belch attack which is great midgame but towards the end his normal attack will do more damage than his fire so that gets annoying. All that said, I usually keep him.

@@AlexIsgAEming Yeah, it's a turtle. He's a great character if you use him. The main complaint he gets is that he has low HP so magic attacks really hurt him, but his attack is within the top 5 and his defense is the best in the game, plus his movement is great. He "floats", which means he has flying-type movement but also gains bonus ground effects. He's also one of the few characters that has a special attack, which you could consider a special, stronger critical hit. In theory, anyway, since his special attack was supposed to get stronger as he levels up, but it's bugged so it doesn't. It's still good, though KOdenwalder also mentioned the birdman, which I had forgotten you never saved the chick in Bedoe. That's another one you missed. I personally don't think he "sucks", though, there are just other characters that are better. Doesn't mean you can't use him to good effect either way. I totally understand the item horder mentality, but the standard healing items you can buy in any item shop so they're plentiful. At the point you're at, healing herbs are pretty pointless, but healing seeds and healing drops would help you a lot.

Attack magic is similar but not set numbers but rather a small range. There are weaknesses/resistances to any given element, and magic can crit as well. Generally expect Blaze 1 to do 6 damage, Blaze 2 8-9, and so forth. It gets much better at Blaze 3 and other upcoming spells 😁

Blast lv1-6dmg, BLAST lv2- 7-9, BLAST lv 3 - 12-14 dmg. BLAST lv 4- 30 dmg. Frost lv1 - 8-9 dmg, Frost lv 2- 12-14 dmg, Frost lv 3 - 18-20 dmg. Frost lv 4 -45 dmg. Bolt lv 1 - 12-14dmg, Bolt lv 2 - 16-19 dmg, Bolt lv 3- 22-30 dmg, Bolt lv4- 50+. Or maybe iam wrong.

The non-weapon equipment stuff was confusing to me. Glad I figured it out eventually, though! Makes a lot of things easier haha
