Sir, We never spread false reports on any tool. All this are genuine complaints received from customers with proof. I agree with u in case of gap, but please do explain why the hex insert is rotating and customer have to fix it with gum to prevent complaint. If u are not convinced I can bring the interview with more than 10 multitec users. We still receive complaint even today. I take multitec from Mac bangalore and sri maruti, coimbatore.

Sincerely, the possibility of hex insert rotating is not possible due to the Hex to Hex Locking Design,Unless the screw driver was subjected to torque exceeding 150 NM, which is not possible to do with human hands. We never got a single complain for this hex rotation ever. You may not be spreading false information but, the information being spread is incomplete and not investigated in detail at the user's end. We are there to help and assist and bridge any technical mis-understanding those may occur if at all. But posting such videos based on a single user's case is not fair and is to arrive at conclusion too soon. Thanks for understanding.@@tool1d
