That was a rather cold day in January or February. Luckily it didn't snow as I didn't have any snow tires. Can you swim there in the summer? I wonder how warm the water gets.

WA-20, the North Cascades Hwy to Sedro-Woolley is amazing. Spokane north through the Colville nation, Coulee dam, and then into the mountains

@@makodoittoem6984 WA-20 is very scenic, but be advised... very few options for gas or food along the way. I was born in Concrete (1949). They have a good Bakery there... be sure it will be open. Much prefer Chelan through Leavenworth.

Thanks, this is a good point, I agree but regrettably I lack time for it :( it's too bad because for many videos I have some cool anecdotes. For example, about this video, in Mexico it's customary to eat 12 grapes on December 31 at midnight right when the new year starts. This is known as Las doce uvas de la suerte or "The twelve grapes of luck", is a Mexican tradition that's believed to bring good fortune and prosperity in the new year. I'm sitting on a pile of several TBs of videos that I didn't even had the time to upload yet :)

I very much like Cambodia but from the feedback I get from my friends, it's mixed feelings: some like it while some find it's a bit too underwhelming. Cambodia is less developed than Thailand. Also it's less safe than Thailand: whenever I go from Thailand to Cambodia I have to readjust. I'll soon post a video taken from a few tuk tuks in Phnom Penh, and the Tuk Tuk drivers kept warning me that people may steal my camera. And I know they are right. If you come back to Thailand and want to visit a nearby country, I'd tend to recommend Laos instead: it's very similar to Isan (=northeast Thailand).

I'm surprised by the crime, I thought it would be safer@@4ktravelling

@@johnslayton20 me too. I was surprised and disappointed. I don't know why there is such a difference in safety compared to Thailand. I feel I'm back to South America.
