@G.Cross1 I was the last one online. We where peeling back and everybody else disconnected but me. I stayed there in that field under RPG and AK fire all around me until a Blackhawk helicopter came to evac me. I sat in the doorway towards the contact. We lifted off the ground and I was laying down suppressive fire with my M4 and I got hit in the head making me go unconscious. While unconscious, I got hit in the torso. Because the FOB is a safe zone, it doesn't count if you died there. I died once we landed at the FOB. I was sitting in that field protecting Lt. Looner and Jiping's bodies. Rest in peace, brothers
