If collagen and cholesterol are so important to ageing well in regards to hormones, why on earth are animal inclusive diets so demonised?? I refuse to believe that those pushing this narrative are all utterly ignorant. Personally whatever the nhs or government tell me to do I do the exact opposite. 50yo and fabulously fit and healthy with no menopause in sight & full blood work to prove it. Maintaining hormonal health requires a species appropriate diet. Oh and the majority of mainstream docs are utterly clueless re hormone issues. They’ll prescribe you an anti depressant and hope you go away. Thank god for the internet as self advocacy is really the only way. Should also say thanks for sharing this fascinating research. It goes against the current narrative that men and woman are pretty much the same, as are different ethnicities; I love that this research proves what many of us sane folk knew all along - there are huge differences and nothing will change this inconvenient biology.

Great presentation, really easy to follow and it's good to see that this tremendous amount of work resulted in positive actions.
