Hi I’m Mac and my wife Pauline and I have been caravaning since 2000, and cooking asian foods for more then 50 years. Our love for cooking started as diner parties. We enjoy our life on the road and cooking for friends. Our recipes are simple to cook. Hope you enjoy eating and watching.

WE RETURN TO COFFIN BAY AFTER ABOUT 10 YEARS, WITH LOTS OF CHANGES AND A LOT OF GROWTH. MINNIRIBBIE FARM IS A MUST SEE AND RELAX ON THE DECK WITH SMOKO.

Tried to catch my first legal Murray river cod. At beautiful Copeton dam Inverell, no luck but we did get a feed of cod for the trip south. Had water planes landing on dam to fill with water for a nearby fire. Fun couple of days.

Had some fine cuts of pork belly meat and thought I would have a go at teriyaki pork stir fry, easy as.........

What a great video. Thanks for sharing. I once visited from Melbourne my Uncle in Streaky Bay and he took me fishing on the pier. This was 1974. When the port closed to tuna fishing boats (when refrigerated boats became a thing ) then the quarry closed and there was no more work. I heard in the end my Auntie could not sell her 1/4 acre 3 b/r house and in the end just locked the doors and walked away (back to Adelaide.) Would sure like to go fishing there now.

Never seen people target razor fish, have just stepped on them when raking for crabs, how do they taste?
Mint man I live in streaky and froth on all this Ay so good
Add Parmesan to the flour , egg, panko. Done
Add a little olive oil so the butter doesn’t burn ..
Just how we cook it but try adding a 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder to the flour before dusting. And yes we use the plastic bags too.

Are they edible?
Are they edible....In my opinion, I'd eat these before losteber/crayfish, the "blue swimmer's" are one of the most sweetest tasting shelled crustaceans I've ever tried... Fresh water "Yabbie's" take 1st place for me.
