This 12-minute Video Presentation was recorded at the 8th Members Meeting of CITA EIN ( Construction IT Alliance ) in Dublin on the 23 June 2010. Ralph Montague, architect and managing partner of ArcDox, provided a brief explanation of BIM ( Building Information Modelling ) and how it is providing a "New Hope for the Construction Industry" in Ireland
Ralph, you gave a nice explanation, but the audio is not so good as it has a bit of echo (hard surfaces + microphone too far?)...nice powerpoint, it makes the points clear. The RIAI should push this also as with the GCCC I think this tool is ideal. Too much 2D around for my liking in many studios in Ireland...
