Thank you for sharing! I never thought spiritual people could have this much baggage. And you seem to be adding even more details to your awakening experience by the minute. I claim that kundalini awakening can be done in 15 minutes as a positive experience. But it is as casual and minimal as I could make it. I would be only half-joking if I claimed that kundalini awakening should be part of human rights and dignity. 1. Preparation. I look into the dark emptiness of myself, and if I find a crooked thought, I find an alternative solution that is not crooked. It changes my hormones in such way that feels a bit spiritual (serotonin is a hormone, by the way). The pupils of the eyes depend on hormones. The back brains of other people recognize the way my eyes look like before it gets to their mind, and they feel safe for a "feeling connection" kind of thing. Sometimes they look me in the eyes like this involuntarily. Except that, all the crooked ideas that people play with in their mind start to feel like inconfidence rather than strength and dominance. If a crooked idea gives someone hope, how can it be called strength? A few months ago, a criminal saw my eyes, pointed a gun at my head, and said: "Are you a good person or something?" 2. Why it works. Have you noticed that feelings recognize miniscule differences but do not understand quantity as well as the mind does? Therefore, something tiny works for feelings but is easy for the mind to handle. 3. Method. People who have found a partner who thinks straight and has good will, can confidently do kundalini awakening as a positive experience of human connection in about 15 minutes. Like infants (feelings) playing while grownups (minds) are watching over it. All they need to do is look in the eyes nicely, not for a long time, but short. A little bit shorter than feels right. If looking in the eyes turns out to be 0.3 to 0.5 seconds, then looking elsewhere should be about 3 to 5 seconds, randomly. If they don't start to feel good in a few minutes, there is no need to try more. Perhaps try again in a different situation. Also, if they find their center, they might try to understand a practical problem, and get a few seconds of Indra's net experience on top of that. I hope people would experience kundalini awakening in a positive way, so that it would not be associated so much with a trauma. Seems like a script for a UA-cam video of my own some day, no promises (I mean, maybe I will never do it).

I can't believe how much I can relate to your experiences and personality. I've experienced demon possession and kundalini as well, so I believe there's a difference. I've had an attachment for over two years now, and have received healing on four separate occasions from a higher D being. Can totally relate to the ego shock all this brings. I've grieved countless times over it all, especially after trying to force life like you say and something completely destroying my plans. I've been told I'm a Lyran too.
