Go to copier or printer interface and type 806182 on the number pad and find 5810 - and execute 8 to 15 and restart

What you can do is * sc settings 5810 - delete 8 to 15 and restart the MFD. this will sort you out. Thanks

Hi there It’s about the image transfer unit, and check for TM (ID) sensor connector. And if u can pull out the transfer unit out safely, clean the sensors from a damp rag as the censer’s should not be scratched. You can find the sensors on the frame work under the transfer unit sits. There is a little shutter shift it gently right and clean it. U will be ok. You will have to switch off and on the printer.

Check if the thermistor is firmly connected. 2. Replace the centre thermistor. Since you have replaced the entire fusing unit, my thought would be the machine side of the fusing connector or the leads for the pressure roller centre thermistor.

Causes: Hardware error • Input - Output connector is disconnected. • Input - Output harness is short-circuited. • The transfer unit is not set properly. • IOB error (signal error) • HVPS defective load error * Grounding fault of separation power output, short-circuit with other outputs • Surface/air clearance insufficient in separation power output path (including distance from other outputs) Do: main power off- on • Reconnect or replacethe harness of the HVPS (power pack). • Reconnect or replace the harness between the BCU and the HVPS. • Reset or replace the trausfer unit. • Check if the contact and separation movement of the transfer unit works correctly. • Replace the HVPS. • Replace the BCU.

Hi there Take the drum unit out and clean the sensor by the air duster. And check the sensor, too. Hope it will help.

@@samsengsamsung8281 yes it’s depends on which machine is. If it is O2, you have to get this both side screws off and pull the ID sensor out and clean it if it 03 u have to push the metal cover asking a lot of under the sensor. 04 just clean it. Make sure when wipe the ID sensor you have to use a damp rag. Good luck

Hi there, this is TD sensor adjustment error: Black During TD sensor initialization, the output value of the black, magenta, cyan, or yellow TD sensor is not within the range of the specified value with SP3238-001 to -004 (default: 2.7V) +- 0.2V Causes:• Heat seal not removed from a new developer pack, • TD harness sensor disconnected, loose or defective, • TD sensor defective, • Harness between TD sensor and drawer disconnected, defective. que tal buenas tardes un saludo desde mexico tengo un modelo igual y me da este tipo de errores de ratos funciona bien pero el problema sigue como solucionaste tu problema acabo de comprar el equipo y las personas de la garantía ya no me dieron respuesta

Sorry mate, I just saw the text.. I was away for a month.. sorry again.. So Replacement cleaning unit means of 8002: MFD asking about web.. mashing is realised cleaning web is finished and there is no way to clean the pcu. So you can do 2 things. 1/ go to settings and increase web end value up to 100. [By the time you can order or find a web roller] 2/ change the web roller (do not forget to say to MFD, you have Replaced a roller)and restart the MFD. Good luck 👍
