When I worked in Illinois fire service lot of firefighters that do not go in does not gear up no need if you are just turning knobs those dam things get hot as hell I was on a fast entry team we were in turnout gear scba dawned face mask dawned no hose connected till we got on scene ane and our lead line off the truck .

@@wbuttry1 that's nice. But how much time are you going to lose when you do have to gear up when one or several other firefighters issue a Mayday? At least have your bunker pants on and the rest nearby. On my former dept. We were geared up until we were on r&r or the threat was over.

@@erickaegi629 I understand that Eric lot of dept require turn out at any incident scene. But I do think some here in this video might have been off duty also that just responded. Our engineer never suited up. he was not allowed to go in a residence or anything his job was to stay with the truck only

I hear ya, but it is Texas the first week of Sept. I suspect temps were in the 90s.

Never seen anyone go into the front door. Was it locked? Quint primary attack, very nice, but could of been a little better placement of unit. Type of fire, predictable, outcome.they had it nailed when they pulled up. Good job.

That's what it looks like to me. I used to test and maintain the suppression systems on the hoods. They also can get clogged with grease and won't activate properly, which is what I'm guessing happened here.

The fire was out FAST. Didn't make for a dramatic video, however, that is a testament to the professional work of Carrollton Fire Rescue and the Coppell Fire department.

Thank you so much. Unfortunately we lost the 5.5 year old mother of these beautiful puppies last week in a freak accident. We are truly devastated, but take comfort from other Pei owners. She was a great mom who had award winning blue puppies (2 Grand Champions, 1-Bronze Grand Champion). As with you, we love and miss her.

@@matnmichael your female was beautiful, also so sorry for your loss. Do you have plans to continue breeding at some point in the not so distant future?

@@lindaworsham3569 we will hopefully breed again soon, but probably not for a full year. We do miss Priya and her sweet temperament. Our hope is to pass along her traits from one of her children or grandchildren. She was a Baggins Kennel Shar Pei.

@@matnmichael Can you tell me what the usual price of your pups currently run. I will be interested in acquiring another Blue, Chocolate, Bronze or Black Male/Harsh Coat pup sometime within next 2 yrs or so, like you, not ready to do that now--losing my Moses it is too soon. I feel your pain Margaret, sorry for your loss--lost mine 5 days before Christmas he was 2 months shy of 13 yrs (or 91--dog years)--I am lost without him. God bless
